C Baji Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide to Using the Platform

By accessing or using C Baji (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") via the website, app, or any other channel, you agree to all terms and conditions set out herein. If you disagree with any of these terms, please refrain from using C Baji.

C Baji reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be deemed acceptance of those changes. We recommend checking this page regularly.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the English version shall be considered authoritative.

To register on C Baji, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account using false details is a direct violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts registered under the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

• You must provide your correct full name, mobile number, and date of birth at the time of registration.
• Identity verification via NID or passport may be required before processing a withdrawal.
• Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility.
• Allowing third parties to access or use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to C Baji immediately.

C Baji supports all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — as well as direct bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit. Funds requested for withdrawal will be returned to the deposit source first. C Baji does not transfer funds to third-party accounts.

A valid Transaction ID (TrxID) must be provided to confirm your deposit. C Baji is not responsible for any issues arising from an incorrect TrxID.

• Wagering Requirements: A specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (typically 5x to 10x).
• Validity: Bonuses must be used within a specified number of days from the claim date — they will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Single Bonus Policy: Only one deposit bonus can be active at a time.
• Abuse: Bonuses will be voided if the bonus system is found to be strategically abused.
• Maximum Limit: The maximum withdrawal amount from a bonus is stated separately for each offer.

Odds on C Baji are fixed at the moment a bet is accepted. For live matches, odds fluctuate in real time, and the odds applicable at the time of bet confirmation will apply.

C Baji reserves the right to void bets placed on technical errors, data feed issues, or odds that are clearly incorrect. In such cases, deposited funds will be returned.

• If a match is cancelled after it has started, all bets placed on that match will be refunded.
• A maximum bet limit is set for each event and may vary accordingly.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• C Baji is not responsible for any issues arising from disconnections during live betting.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the C Baji platform. Any violation will result in permanent account termination and legal action where applicable.

• Account Sale: Selling or renting your account or login credentials to another person.
• System Hacking: Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Bot Usage: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Collusion: Using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
• False Information: Providing false identity information or fraudulent documents.
• Bonus Abuse: Strategically manipulating the bonus system.
• Money Laundering: Using C Baji as a vehicle for money laundering.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before closure; however, any active bonuses will be forfeited.

C Baji may suspend or close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Fraudulent or Suspicious Activity
• Failure to Complete Verification
• Legal Requirements
• Extended Inactivity (Over 12 Months)

A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that remain inactive for an extended period. Members will be notified in advance via email or SMS.
